About My Blog Project

This Project was about a genre of your choice that you could decide to research about, along with a creative part that you would do completly on your own. My topic that I chose was Transendentalism. I chose to research about Ralph Waldo Emerson and how his background and beliefs affected his works. I chose this specific topic because in class, as we read all those stories covering this genre, I felt a true connection and felt like I could really understand what Emerson and Whitman were saying. I must admit, at first I was COMPLETLY overwhelmed by this, but with time I gradually felt more comfortable about it. This project, surprisingly enough, was enjoyable, and well, to some extent, I really learned some things about myself, and I definitely learned more about the computer and that is real significant for somone like me, who is not very knowledgable about computers. Nevertheless, time heals all things, and through this project, I definently learned…over time.  So thank you, Mrs.Breaux for helping me along the way and for making everyone do this because, although a project, it was a very wise chosen one at that. : )
